- 30 May 2025 – Continuing students with special needs request bed stabilisation at CPŠ.
- 13 June 2025 – Deadline to submit documents for activity points (and personal assistant info for students with disabilities).
- 21–31 July 2025 – Applications + deposit payment for newly admitted students.
- 10 August 2025 – Waiting list published.
- 11 August 2025 – Test run of the online booking system (10:00–10:15).
- 12–15 August 2025 – Room selection in order of priority (PhD students, continuing students, special needs, new admits).
- 19 August 2025 – Release of remaining beds.
- 21 August 2025 – Allocation letters sent.
How to apply:
- Apply via the university’s online dormitory system.
- Use the official Accommodation Guide and Room Selection Instructions provided on the site.
- Pay the deposit (new students only) – no postal payments accepted. Deposit refunded only if cancelled in the system + emailed to the accommodation coordinator by 31 July 2025.
- Use your university email for identification.
Who gets priority:
- Students outside the IDS BK transport zone.
- Students with special needs (by agreement with CPŠ).
- Applicants ranked higher in the faculty’s waiting list.
Other notes:
- Mixed accommodation: Both applicants must be above the line in their faculty lists; positions combined for a mixed accommodation ranking.
- If you don’t reserve by 15 August 2025, 19:59, you lose your spot.
